While working at Animmersion, I served as the 3D Artist for this interactive project developed for CAV® Systems. The application was designed for use at international trade shows to demonstrate the intricate functionality of their TKS™ Ice Protection systems.
My primary focus was bridging the gap between high-fidelity engineering data and real-time performance, ensuring the complex mechanical systems were both visually stunning and technically optimized for the Unity engine.
My Responsibilities
CAD Conversion: Transformed high-poly engineering CAD files into clean, game-ready geometry optimized for real-time rendering.
Texturing & Materials: Created PBR materials to accurately represent aerospace-grade surfaces and fluid dynamics.
Animation: Developed technical animations to showcase the deployment and mechanical flow of the TKS™ system.
VFX & Implementation: Created custom visual effects within Unity to simulate fluid protection states.
